NOVA gathered at Shrinemont in Orkney Springs for the 2016 Retreat.  The theme was Grace, Joy and Wisdom.  We sang, prayed, laughed, danced, reflected, meditated, shared ideas, and learned more about each other.  There was an opportunity to take part in an Art activity, learn about Centering prayer, take a nature meditation walk, or meditate with music.
